Each patient on the schedule gets a survey. The day following their appointment each patient will automatically receive a survey request. The surveys are verified and can only be taken once.

Surveys are Delivered by Email or Text Message. Reach patients using a text message when patients don’t have a valid email address on file. The text message will contain a link that will allow them to complete the survey from their phone.

Designed to work with cell phone, tablet or computer. The survey is designed to work on any device that patient might want to use. The survey is responsive and can be easily read on any size display.

Track your overall satisfaction rating. Each survey contains a question asking the patient to rate their overall experience using a 5-star rating. As you make changes to improve patient satisfaction, this measurement over time will gauge how well the changes are working.

Frequently Asked Questions

When are the surveys collected? An email asking the patient to complete the survey is sent after the appointment. The time it is sent is configurable generally the day following the appointment.

Can the surveys be used to rate the effectiveness of my providers and performance of my staff? The questions are configurable using a rating system which can then be summarized and averaged to provide how well your providers and staff are doing.

Can the results be downloaded? Yes, the results can be downloaded in Excel format providing additional sorting, filtering, and summary options.

Is the review certified? Yes, the survey is sent to a patient that had an appointment and is tracked back to that patient. Each survey can only be submitted once.

Can the survey feed my social media reviews? Yes. If you want to increase your Google, Facebook, or Yelp reviews, the survey can automatically link the patient to your public review sites.
